Hey ComfortedSkin, I'd like to make things right for you. I understand that you were still able to enjoy your meal, but were put in a weird situation.
To make things right I'd like to offer you another reservation on another date free of charge, just I ask that you cover the deposit (no additional fees though). I am not required by appointment trader to offer this, nor have they suggested it, but I feel that you deserve it.
