I wish there were internal notes I could attach to individual listings that could be viewable when the reservation is in any state, ie, Draft, Published, Off Market, and even Sold. I'd use this to store information about the reservation that is just pertinent to me, not the buyer.
Hi there- I am not sure how this works but I was charged for TWO reservations last night at Mother Wolf (the first one said it didn't go through). one for $40, one for $35 and I was also charged $25 for a transfer name request that I cancelled before the time of the reservation. The worst part it the restaurant had some emergency or something in the building and they shut down. Because they didn't have my information, we were not contacted and we went to the restaurant for Leggi di più
At the moment we are not incentivised to fill orders with tables for more people for restaurants with deposits required (Carbone, Torrisi etc.). That’s because if I offer a table for 6 at Carbone, we are prepaying 330+ dollars. If I sell the table for even $500, I am actually profiting about zero because of the massive fees calculated based on 500, when fees should be calculated on (500-330). For a table for 4, the commission is more even, but it gets more skewed as the Leggi di più
Currently, the AT fee is just applied to whe whole amount which includes the deposit paid which doesn;t make sense. IT should be applied on the profit.
i.e a reservation ar semma for 4 will have a $200+ deposit. if sold for $270, the AT fee is applied on the whole amount so the seller actually loses $11
I use this example at it is a current bid from a bidder and I guess they are not aware of this.
The AT fee should be applied to the the $70 profit from the sellers end. You cna Leggi di più
The whole AT UI is very unintuitive. DIscussion boards and community is synonomous yet they are both different categories. It is very hard navigating this site. Please use the fees we pay to upgrade the server
Hi, has anyone experienced Resy removing reservations from your account? I noticed three reservations from the same restaurant all gone today but was not notified or anything. Anyone else experience this before?
A trending feature would be great. Allowing sellers to know which days/restaurants/times buyers are currently eyeing could really boost sales I feel like. For example, with 4th of July it would be great to know what restaurants buyers are repeatedly searching for on that day.
A list of most recent transactions on the restaurant profile with table size, time ,and date. This way sellers can actually see what restaurants sell better and when. This will also help buyers price their bids more accurately.
If you want to be a legitimate service and not a joke then let users choose their own alias or fix the word list it’s pulling from. Someone obviously thought it’d be funny because it was impossible to find an alias that wasn’t suggestive or political. Not somewhere people would trust with their $
For same day/next day reservations. • Seller: faster review process (currently says within 24 hours) • Buyer: Highlight last minute reservations, alert/notify users
Would it be possible for AT to add crypto currency as a withdrawal option to make withdrawals a little easier for people that don't have one of the listed withdrawal means
When buyers don't show up or arrive very late to reservations, it harms the reputation of the seller's account at the restaurant. AT should have some sort of system where a seller can rate the buyer and that rating can be public, like with personal accounts on Uber.
Idea #1: Appointment Trader should stop being a rip off. Once you give AT money, they skim off the top a cut whether the trade is satisfied or not. Outrageous. Suggestion: Stop skimming.
